Description

This course introduces students to the full process of project development, from initial problem identification to execution and evaluation. Topics include scheduling, milestones, deliverables, and budget planning.

Practical exercises, including some sessions directly linked to the Interdisciplinary Projects carried out during the semester, will involve the use of project management software and tools (e.g., Mind maps, Gantt charts, Wordmaps) to support project design, implementation, and reporting. Emphasis is placed on connecting problem understanding with problem solving, breaking down complex issues into manageable components, and allocating tasks according to expertise.
